Since 2017, Adriana Martinez has proved herself to be a creative, resourceful and strong young leader! She attended the 2017 Windrose Summit, and then she then courageously joined the inaugural Windrose officer team. As photographer and social media coordinator, Adriana has captured countless precious moments in the Chicago chapter and beyond. In October of 2017, Adriana took initiative to create a fantastic Windrose marketing video, showcasing each our 4 chapters to date and the vision to develop leaders nationwide.

In June of 2018, because of her impressive record, Adriana was re-elected to serve a second term as the Chicago historian. Adriana has stepped up as the glue to hold the her new team of officers together. She brings a wealth of experience and the sweetest personality to back it up. She is always willing to step in to help a friend, and her work ethic is impressive.

Adriana remains an indispensable member of our team. We wouldn’t know what to do without her! She is bright, driven, and creative, and I can hardly wait to see where she will go next. God has huge plans for this young lady’s life.
