One dark night in Philadelphia, police raided a filthy clinic based on evidence of illegal prescription drug sales. What they found was far worse than anyone had imagined. The stench of animal urine and medical waste overwhelmed investigators. Cats roamed the building. Bloodstained furniture eerily alluded to stories of untold suffering.
This riveting film recounts the investigation and trial of Dr. Kermit Gosnell, a longtime owner of a late-abortion clinic in Pennsylvania. In short, babies die, and women suffer. His crimes went unchecked because abortion clinics enjoyed free reign under a sympathetic government in Pennsylvania. No one even bothered to stop by for a routine inspection.
